fails = we know it does not work. We will tell you what is possible instead. partial = works in most paths, breaks in a documented edge case. warn = passes automated checks; we do not yet trust it in production without further review.
We do not claim compliance we have not validated. Session replay is consent-gated (see table). One shipped surface still needs work on cognitive load:
Capture is off by default. When a workspace enables it, it runs only after the candidate agrees; declining still completes the assessment. Recruiter scrubber keyboard and motion polish remain tracked.
