There is no anonymous bearer contract, public OpenAPI publish, or throughput SLA on tryopsticket.com. Recruit customers mint keys in the authenticated portal and use /api/v1 (including webhooks) under plan and migration gates. Failures surface as plan errors or NOT_MIGRATED, not silent success.

what is available

Recruit portal key mint + webhook CRUD for entitled accounts. CSV and JSON exports where the product exposes them. Do not build against preview paths from older docs.
