The replay-as-portfolio question.

There is a thing that happens around month four for every IT job seeker: the resume runs out. You have listed the certifications, you have named the tools, you have described “managed Active Directory for 200 endpoints” and the hiring side reads your line and reads someone else's identical line, and neither of you has any way to be more credible than the other.

A source-bound assessment record is more useful than an unsupported résumé claim. Session replay is off by default and consent-gated when a workspace enables it; do not represent it as a portfolio feature.
