OpsTicket is a terminal-based IT skills assessment platform built by IT Custom Solution LLC, a New York MBE-certified technology company. Candidates work through operational scenarios. Terminal commands and output produce bounded rubric evidence, and the server computes the weighted score. The Free plan includes one assessment per track every 30 days. Pro is $49 per month and Recruit is $199 per month.
